THERE IS NO INTELLIGENT LIFE HERE
Proving that some people have far too much time on their hands, we give you the political ramblings of those from The Lubbock Avalanche-Journal’s online forums as well as some priceless posters from www.raiderpower.com and the Raider Alley forum.
We can’t make this stuff up.
Since the A-J has been hell-bent on featuring what they consider the “Best” post in their forums on the Editorial Page I don’t mind highlighting a few gems that never seem to make it in print. Their “Post of the Day” is about as worthless as the stuff www.espn.go.com puts on their front page each day that www.deadspin.com makes fun of. We’re thinking of putting on the blog here each day the quote that “should” have appeared in the A-J that morning.

He my go by ElBueno, but only because “ElNon-Intelluctual” must have already been taken by someone else.
The internet and message boards can be great for political discourse and exchanges of ideas, but only when those posting are capable of bringing something, anything, of value to the table. As far as most of these posts go, it’s a buffet of vacuous ideas and ineffectual reasoning. Thank God for football season starting soon.
