Good afternoon West Texans and all you good, fine, friendly folks out there who wish you were. . .
TECH BASEBALL TAKES 2 OF 3 FROM 2ND RANKED MISSOURI

Congrats to the Red Raiders as they gutted it up like no Tech team has in the last six or seven years perhaps to win a series from the highest ranked team to visit Dan Law Field since Rice came into the NCAA Regional Tournament ranked number one in the nation in 1999. I’ve been lucky enough to have a front-row seat in the booth and on the bus for some of Larry Hays and Texas Tech’s best teams and I’d like to think I know good baseball when I see it. I think we’re beginning to see just that again in Lubbock based on some of the things Tech has done over the past three weeks of Big 12 play.
We’ll have more thoughts on where Tech Baseball is right now and where it’s heading later tonight.
In the meantime, enjoy the win and look forward to more things to come and to those of you sporting “The Tan of the Dan” if you know what I mean and I think you do. . .put some lotion on and drink some water!
